During your university internship, you will help Swisscom's 2nd/3rd Brand Marketing team to tap into new areas of growth. You will manage and develop direct marketing campaigns for private customers. This will involve informing internal channels and our external agency about the approach, coordinating planning, and implementing marketing activities. You will also prepare reports and analyses and keep an eye on performance monitoring.
Design and implementation of direct marketing measures with the aim of developing customer value, sales and customer satisfaction, as well as acquiring new customers, taking into account the current market situation
Collaboration in the short-, medium-, and long-term planning and conception of direct marketing activities for a specific product field across all channels
Support in the management of one-to-one sales channels, optimal use and orchestration of channels with regard to efficiency and effectiveness
Support of the marketing team in the coordination and implementation of various marketing measures/projects
Independent work and implementation as a matter of course
Your skills
Recent degree (university/technical college) in economics (no longer than one year)
Good understanding of digital products & IT projects
Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of A/B testing is an advantage
Initial experience in managing small marketing projects and in moderating or presenting
Experience in creating campaign reports and deriving concrete optimization measures is an advantage
Good balance of numerical thinking and creativity, as well as confident handling of numbers, data, and facts
Highly goal-oriented with a can-do attitude, as well as an independent way of working and team player qualities
Very good German and English
