About the role

As Store Manager for E-Wheels Zurich, you'll be a

key player in establishing and growing the store

. You'll be responsible for

daily operations, sales, customer service, and building your team

- shaping the culture and success of the store from day one.

We're looking for a

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility.

Main responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team Ensure excellent customer experience and high satisfaction Drive sales and achieve store targets Manage day-to-day operations and performance Contribute to local marketing activities and brand visibility Report to the Country Manager Switzerland

We're looking for someone who

Has experience from sales or retail management - preferably in sports, mobility, or electronics Has

high work capacity

and a proactive, hands-on attitude Thrives in a young, dynamic, and results-oriented environment Speaks

German and English fluently
