Im Rahmen Ihrer abwechslungsreichen Tatigkeit tragen Sie eigenstandig die Gesamtverantwortung fur die Leitung und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores. Neben der Personalfuhrung und Personaleinsatzplanung gehoren die Erfullung der Verkaufs- beziehungsweise Umsatzziele zu Ihren Aufgabenschwerpunkten. Daruber hinaus sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Team fur einen optimalen und saisongerechten Warenaufbau und Markenauftritt. Die Fuhrung, Motivation und Koordination Ihres Mitarbeiterteams sowie die Gewahrleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices runden Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.




Sie bringen mit:
eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmannische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Modeeinzelhandel fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) Leidenschaft und Begeisterung fur Fashion und Lifestyle eine ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung und eine positive Ausstrahlung ausgepragtes Kommunikationstalent sowie eine hohe Managementkompetenz
