Join our CFO office - a dynamic team working directly with our group CFO, tackling key operational and strategic topics within Finance. As a Business Manager, you will drive key initiatives, deliver impactful analysis for senior leadership, and optimize processes for greater efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at turning complexity into clarity, this role is for you. The role includes a range of high profile tasks, including preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, as well as owning financial planning, cost control and reporting for the business unit, ensuring an efficient use of resources.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As a Strategic Finance Manager you will:


Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives within the CFO Office, including cross-bank programs and ad hoc projects that drive business growth and operational excellence Prepare high-quality analysis and presentation materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable insights Perform financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing reporting, developing dashboards and simplifying workflows to increase efficiency and transparency Collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate discussions and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives Communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner, creating compelling narratives and presentations that influence senior stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of experience in financial services, strategic consulting, or relevant business management role Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, perform financial and business analysis and develop actionable, data-driven solutions Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks under pressure and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders Communication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling presentations for top management Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narratives Personal Attributes: Structured, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable, with a dynamic mindset Proficiency in English is required; German is desirable, any other language is a plus
