You radically rethink business models, operating structures and customer experiences - with the aim of not only improving them but redefining them.

You develop strategic concepts based on future-oriented technologies such as AI, analytics and blockchain - and help our clients turn them into concrete competitive advantages.

You take responsibility for strategic projects, work closely with top management and position yourself as a thought leader through publications and presentations.

Who you are

An excellent degree (Master's, Diploma, MBA or PhD) in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, mathematics or engineering At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in the innovation sector of banks/insurance companies - ideally with a focus on AI, big data, digital business models or entrepreneurial projects A deep understanding of technological trends and their strategic relevance - particularly in the context of AI, blockchain and data-driven ecosystems An agile mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and inspiring way Experience in dealing with customers - ideally also in the context of project acquisition or the development of strategic offers. Very good German and English skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and stakeholders.
