We are looking for a motivated and energetic Student Assistant to join the EMBA HSG Marketing and Talent Acquisition team. As a Student Assistant, you will be supporting our Talent Acquisition team in various tasks, such as candidates communication, data entry, and administrative support. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and marketing within a dynamic and collaborative work environment:

Assist in managing candidate inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our programes. Input and update candidate information and interactions in our CRM system. Manage and organise various documents, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility. Perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication support. Assist with record-keeping and maintaining organised files. Contribute to the overall efficiency of our office operations support in the planning and execution of digital and on-campus events;

Bachelor or Master student at HSG Excellent command of German and English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good multimedia and/or graphic design skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Global mindset, international experience desirable
