We foster an inclusive culture, value pragmatic problem-solving, and empower our teams to deliver high-quality results for complex enterprise programmes.
Role Overview
As the SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead you will own the complete lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations for our clients--from discovery through post-go-live optimisation. You will translate HR strategy into scalable cloud solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary EC subject-matter expert within Swiss Himmel's HRIS practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesAreaWhat You'll Do

Plan and facilitate discovery workshops to capture business requirements and map HR processes to EC functionality.
Solution Design & Configuration
o Configure EC components (data models, Role-Based Permissions, business rules, MDF objects, workflows, document generation).
Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and design documents.
Data Migration & Cut-Over
o Define migration strategy and mapping from legacy HR systems.
Oversee data validation, cleansing, and load activities; coordinate mock conversions and cut-over plan.
Integration & Technical Collaboration
o Liaise with ABAP/PI/CI and third-party vendors to design integrations and custom developments.
Provide functional input, test integration scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
Testing & Quality Assurance
o Develop test scripts, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure defects are resolved before go-live.
Training & Change Management
o Create user manuals and quick-reference guides; deliver role-based training sessions.
Support change-management efforts to drive user adoption.
Post-Go-Live Support
o Lead hypercare, monitor incident queues, resolve production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
