About this opportunity



Key requirements:



University (Master or Bachelor) degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science or related field. Strong analytical skills, ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes Communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Fluent English and German. Ability to challenge status quo

Would be beneficial:



Systems proficiency: knowledge of SAP will be a plus. Fluent French will be a plus. A proven track record of successfully implementing projects will be a plus.

Responsibilities of the role:



Process and coordinate B2B and retail orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proactive issue resolution. Monitor and improve KPIs related to goods distribution and logistics service providers (LSPs). Acts on issues identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) Ensure compliance with PMI policies and procedures. Prepare the documentation requested by Internal controls. Lead or support improvement projects across order management, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics. Enhance tools, data management, and reporting to drive operational efficiency. Contribute to financial flows, including invoice management, credit notes, and reverse logistics. * Collaborate on customer-facing supply chain initiatives with central and local teams.
