We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Management Manager for High Voltage Products Europe. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for safeguarding material and capacity availability across a complex supplier network and ensuring business continuity for our European manufacturing footprint. Your mission is to expand and strengthen a resilient, competitive, and sustainable supply chain that supports our factories and customers in an environment marked by volatility, regulatory shifts, and global disruptions. You will lead a diverse SCM organization across Europe, collaborate closely with factories, category management, and global supply chain teams, and drive both strategic transformation and operational excellence. The location for this role is flexible, but within Europe, and will be determined in subsequent stages.
How you will make an impact
Ensure Supplier Capacity & Material Availability:
Secure production continuity across 12+ European factories by managing supplier capacity, critical materials, and risk exposure in volatile markets.
Build Supply Chain Resilience:
Develop and implement regional strategies to strengthen supply chain resilience against geopolitical, economic, and environmental disruptions.
Drive Regional SCM Strategy:
Define and execute the SCM strategy for High Voltage Products in Europe, aligned with HBU and Global SCM objectives.
Supplier Management & Development:
Establish strong supplier partnerships, drive performance on OTD, quality, sustainability, and cost, and enable dual/multi-sourcing strategies where needed.
Digitalization & Process Excellence:
Leverage advanced analytics, process mining, and digital tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP S/4HANA) to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Sustainability & Compliance:
Ensure supplier compliance with EUDR, CBAM, and ESG standards, embedding sustainability into sourcing and logistics practices.
Leadership & People Development:
Lead and develop a multicultural SCM team across Europe, fostering collaboration, capability building, and continuous improvement.
Your Background
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
12+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in managing supplier capacity, critical materials, and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong expertise in contract management, negotiation, and supplier development.
Demonstrated leadership in driving resilience, cost-out, and sustainability in global supply chains.
Excellent understanding of digital SCM tools (SAP S/4HANA, Celonis, or similar process mining/analytics platforms).
Exceptional communication, influencing, and intercultural leadership skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
