\\n Our client, a growing ang global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join his team located in Vaud Canton as they are growing a lot.

This position will be until the end of the year minimum and will report to the Senior Director Supply Chain.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, safety stock, capacity reservation dependent demand planning, scheduling, and packaging at their external packaging site. The function has good knowledge of external manufacturing processes and physical distribution principles to be applied into detailed planning horizons and lead times.

Your Responsibilities

\\xc2\\xb7 Go-to person for the external packaging site;

\\xc2\\xb7 Convert short term demand into a packaging schedule;

\\xc2\\xb7 Department user VEEVA and master data

\\xc2\\xb7 Maintenance of SAP data

\\xc2\\xb7 Coordinate implementation of new versions and artwork in manufacturing;

\\xc2\\xb7 Lead the implementation of new product for commercial supply:

\\xc2\\xb7 Perform KPIs for external partners.

\\xc2\\xb7 Manage budget and cost control for manufacturing suppliers.

\\xc2\\xb7 Be the leader for financial compliance in respect to the outsourcing process

\\xc2\\xb7 Contributes and prepares the supply chain part of the monthly S&OP.

\\xc2\\xb7 Provides general support to the Supply Chain operations in EU and US;

\\xc2\\xb7 Participate to create packaging specifications for Finished Goods and will document primary contact material specifications for new products;

\\xc2\\xb7 Responsible for Shipping Validation and risk assessments;

Requirements

\\xc2\\xb7 Bachelor\\\'s degree in supply chain, packaging or equivalent with minimum 2 years in a similar position

\\xc2\\xb7 Strong analytical, organizational and execution skills;

\\xc2\\xb7 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential;

\\xc2\\xb7 Proficiency in usual Microsoft applications and SAP.

\\xc2\\xb7 Desired knowledge of basic packaging materials and process is a plus;

\\xc2\\xb7 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with internal and external partners.

\\xc2\\xb7 English fluency written and spoken, German or French is a plus;
