Support 1st und 2nd Level (m/w/d) - Azure/AWS/PowerShell/VMware/Microsoft Server
Project / Role:
For our client, we are seeking an experienced 1st and 2nd level support specialist. In this role (924232JP), you will support the IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.
Main tasks:
- First and second point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and problems
- Provision and management of cloud services, especially Azure and AWS
- Scripting and automation of tasks with PowerShell
- Administration and support of VMware environments and networks
- Support in the configuration and management of Microsoft server technologies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in first- or second-level support
- At least 2 years of experience with Azure or AWS or another cloud technology
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of VMware, networking, and Microsoft Server technologies
- Solid experience with M365
- Knowledge of deployment with Intune or Autopilot
- Experience with ITIL frameworks (desirable)
- Experience with software packaging (desirable)
Education:
- Completed IT training or university degree in a technical environment
Languages:
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Good English skills for technical documentation
