• Mission

The application support analyst will be in charge of providing functional and technical support to the users of a web based portal application used by portfolio managers to access information about client portfolios under their responsibility.

• Main responsibilities

• Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process.
• Contribute as subject matter expert to: prioritization, investigation and root cause analysis.
• Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas.
• Participation to elaboration of disaster recovery plans/documentation for applications and to execution of Disaster Recovery Tests.

The candidate might be required to work early/late shifts include special presence for day-off, and periodically work on a on call support basis.

• Your Profile
• Education : High School
• Experience :

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role, ideally as a Level 2 support technician or analyst
• Previous experience in a banking or financial environment is a significant advantage
• Technical Skills :

• Developper / technical background is an advantage
• SQL skills
• Ticketing tools (Titan, JIRA)
• Languages : French, English
• Personal skills:
