Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) is the official Swiss organization for export and investment promotion. With a unique global network, S-GE supports more than 5,500 Swiss companies every year in their international business and helps innovative foreign companies on their way to settling in Switzerland. As a private consulting and platform organization working on behalf of the Confederation and the cantons with around 200 employees and more than 3,000 partners worldwide, S-GE supports its customers with their international business development in more than 130 countries each year. S-GE has its own teams (Swiss Business Hubs, SBHs) in approximately 45 countries. The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
For our Zurich office, we are seeking a resource to start immediately or on a mutually agreed date:
Support Digital Platform (30-50%)
Your Duties
Deliver first-level support for users and editors of our digital platforms, ensuring timely triage and resolution of technical issues.
Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity across all platforms and connected systems (e.g. CRM, Auth0, ForestAdmin).
Monitor and report on business opportunity data, ensuring accuracy and consistency on our digital platforms.
Handle administrative tasks such as inbox management and license cost oversight for the Digital Platforms + Insights team.
Following the onboarding phase, we offer flexibility in terms of working hours and location, including the possibility to work from home.
Your Profil
Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or have completed an apprenticeship (EFZ) in IT or possess an equivalent qualification
Initial work experience in IT or digital projects is a plus
Strong technical affinity and experience with content management systems (ideally Drupal)
High data affinity and enjoyment and an analytical mindset
Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style
Quick comprehension and reliability in administrative tasks
Fluency in German (near-native level) and excellent command of English (C1); French and Italian are a plus
