Tasks
The SWISS Finance function needs a dedicated project manager to pilot into major adventures: The airline industry is going retail, and Lufthansa Group transforms it's finance function from the core.

• Support the design and implementation of an Order Accounting business solution for LH Group airlines

• Lead SWISS Finance through big rock transformation endeavors by being the SWISS anchor point to Lufthansa Group's current "CORE" and "Finance Transformation" projects
• Deep-dives into SWISS and Lufthansa Group's finance processes, e.g. Revenue Accounting, O2C, P2P, and R2R, to ensure that future finance processes are adequately set-up in terms of governance, compliance, integrity, and efficiency, whilst transitioning from the current to the new financial landscape
• Project management, e.g. planning, organizing, leading and monitoring finance projects
• Communication & change management , e.g. be the main point of contact within SWISS Finance, drive the transformation projects, and connect the dots to other SWISS and Lufthansa Group's departments
• Ad-hoc tasks / different projects within LX or LHG

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master in Finance, Business Administration or IT
• Broad Finance, Revenue Accounting and IT knowledge
• Experience in Process Design, Process Transformation or Requirements Engineering
• Experience in Project-, Communication-, Change- or Training Management
• Strong networker and team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (German and English) to convey information clearly
• Analytical thinking with the ability to analyse complex information to support informed decisions
• Drive for change and hands-on mentality for pragmatic solutions
