Swiss Rewards & HR Controlling Manager
Richemont Switzerland is looking for a Swiss Rewards & HR Controlling Manager to join the Swiss Rewards team with the accountability to implement local Rewards roadmap and ensure rigorous control of associated costs and budgets for Central Functions scope.
Located in Bellevue, Switzerland, you will report to the Swiss Rewards & HR Controlling Director, and work closely with the Swiss HR Community and the Group Rewards team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Partner with Central Functions HRD / HR Manager on Rewards topics
Rewards: define and implement Rewards guidelines and policies

  • Manage the Compensation Review process: build budget assumptions, assess proposals consistency with guidelines, collect, analyze and interpret Compensation-related data for People Review presentation, perform data quality checks on validated proposals into payroll.
  • Ensure the consistency of job rankings and, subsequently, analyze the competitiveness and fairness of our compensation structure and make recommendations to our HRDs to guarantee fair treatment to all our colleagues
  • Train and upskill our HR colleagues and Managers on Rewards philosophy and policies
HR Controlling: monitor personal costs and HR KPIs
  • Produce reports and analyses for HRDs and management: budget review every quarter in line with Finance timeline, HR KPIs dashboard every month
  • Follow up on workforce planning (open positions, leavers, changes) with HRDs and ensure the forecast is accurate, realistic and financially sustainable
  • Analyze budget variances and anticipate risks for the business
  • Assess Rewards schemes effectiveness based on relevant KPIs
2. Provide expertise on Rewards topics to HR community in Switzerland
Compensation: lead the Compensation stream and ensure the bridge with Group Rewards agenda for Maisons & entities in Switzerland
  • Define and implement relevant compensation benchmarks for Switzerland
  • Provide guidance and expertise on Compensation topics: Compensation Review process and support, job grading and job catalogue, market data and benchmarks, short-term incentives policy, Equal Pay
  • Animate the Swiss Rewards community to identify and share best practices: run regular Rewards onsite meetings and webinars on Compensation-related topics and support the community with any local questions on the matter
  • Collaborate closely with HR TEC to implement Compensation decisions in payroll ("rencherissement" upload") and comply with regulatory announcement to the tax authorities (representation fees and OEXPA list)
Benefits: lead the Non-insured Benefits stream and drive the communication aspects to raise awareness on our Benefits programs
  • Ensure effective communication on My Reward platform to position the tool as the focal entry point when it comes to Benefits
  • Update My Reward platform with new deals and partnerships and review the contents with Maisons and entities
  • Stay informed and benchmark alternative solutions on digital Total Rewards Statement tool
  • Explore and communicate on innovative solutions on flexible Benefits and health management
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To succeed in this role, you need to have significant experience (7 years minimum) in both compensation & benefits and financial controlling area and be comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.
Acting as a team-player, you build challenging partnership with your stakeholders based on strong analytical & synthesis skills and ability to influence and embark people in both English and French.
