Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance Act as a trusted partner for Hiring Managers across EMEA region Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of roles Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring high quality and timely execution Advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies Maintain accurate recruitment data in SuccessFactors Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards, processes, and SLAs

Your profile

Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within-house TA experience in an international organization. Fluent English is a must, German, French, Portuguese and/or Spanish are a strong advantage Solid experience recruiting in the EMEA market, especially Switzerland, Germany, and the UK Experience hiring profiles in professional services and/or procurement environments is a strong plus Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Well-organized, resilient, and able to manage a high workload Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership
