Tax Accounting Consultant / Senior Consultant - Corporate Tax


Are you interested in becoming part of a dynamic team obtaining insights into the tax affairs of multinational groups and applying specialist tax skills in a high performing and exciting environment? In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in Lausanne or Geneva.

Your Contribution to KPMG

Calculating, advising on tax positions (current and deferred taxes) in financial statements prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, or Swiss GAAP FER Supporting our clients with tax reporting obligations Supporting our audit teams as the tax specialist on group and component audits, applying specialist knowledge and coordinating international teams Participate in the development of tools and standardised solutions in connection with tax accounting and reporting tasks Work on complex and multidisciplinary projects Cross-functional collaboration with experts from other divisions and other tax specialists, particularly in the areas of International and Swiss Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT Close cooperation and coordination with our foreign KPMG offices on tax audits and projects for internationally active Swiss companies

What Makes You Successful

Completed bachelor's degree in economics, accounting and finance or similar, ideally complemented by knowledge in tax law Initial experience and strong interest in tax and accounting topics Fluency in English, French, German skills are an advantage Open and communicative personality with a solution-oriented and team player mindset Able to work under pressure and be flexible for a seasonal business model
