- Establish robust processes and governance for client onboarding, customer identification and due diligence (CIC), withholding, and reporting
- Maintain ongoing compliance by conducting regular reviews, implementing quality assurance measures, and closely monitoring changes in international tax laws.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive framework that guarantees accurate data collection, secure processing, and timely reporting, in alignment with FATCA, CRS, CARF, and other regulatory obligations
- Master\\\'s degree in Law, Business, Accounting and/or Economics
- Experience in a Swiss financial institution related to Tax Compliance
- Solid understanding of international Tax Transparency frameworks and regimes
- Interest in Blockchain/crypto is a must
- Strong analytical skills as well as problem solving ability and able to work under pressure
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with the ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
