Role:
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to support our team in the field of art insurance.
If you enjoy working with international clients, museums, and insurance companies, and you excel in a structured and service-oriented approach to work, we look forward to receiving your application.
This position combines administrative and organisational tasks with customer service to ensure both efficient internal processes and a positive customer experience.
The focus is on managing art insurance and international exhibition projects, as well as direct interaction with clients and insurers.

Supporting a team of 4/5 Fine Art Brokers
Preparing insurance documents (certificates, invoices, credit notes, etc.)
Managing cost estimates using specialised software for art insurance.
Creating and managing recurring invoices and credit notes, particularly for annual contract renewals.
Handling dunning processes, including monitoring incoming payments and resolving outstanding items.
Servicing existing clients by proactively identifying and meeting their needs, as well as maintaining long-term client relationships including client inquiries
Following up on and resolving client issues, including research, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners.
Corresponding with international museums, clients, and insurance companies on administrative matters, monthly billing, and project-related concerns.
