We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
In this role, you actively support the Backoffice of our department and the respective departments in the daily operations. It is an opportunity to work with many of Schindler's top management key players. You have a strong interest in collaborating with a global community in different geographical zones and countries while also being a team member in the local organization.
Main tasks include:

• Organizing business trips, workshops, meetings, events, and onboarding for new team members.
• Preparing and managing presentations, documents, and communications in English and German.
• Coordinating project management and support for various initiatives.
• Handling administrative tasks like maintaining distribution lists, organizational charts, and office material orders.
• Managing internal platforms, such as the intranet, and support communication through tools like Yammer and MS Teams.
• Organizing and manage special team events, anniversaries, and catering services.
• Providing general back-office support, including calendar management and acting as a deputy.

• Background in Office Management, Business Administration, or something similar
• Experience in Event or Workshop Management
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Native German skills and working proficiency in English
