HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT


Lead the Software Testing Team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth Define and maintain Test Strategy in compliance with relevant norms and align with external assessors Ensure test activities and documentation meet quality and regulatory requirements Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion Collaborate closely with system engineering, development and safety experts Drive improvements in processes, test automation and tools Mentor team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement



HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE


University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field Proven leadership experience as line or project manager Strong background in planning, estimation and resource management Experience in software testing or system validation for embedded systems, ideally in safety-critical environments Knowledge of defining test strategies and documenting test activities and results Familiarity with regulated environments; understanding of EN 50128, EN 50716 or IEC 61508 is a plus
