Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Fashion Company, we are looking for a:

Team Leader Design Footwear Woman

Whitin the Footwear Business Unit and referring to the Head of Design Accessories & Shoes, the role we are searching for will lead the Design Footwear Woman team acting as main point of reference for current collection and responsible for its evolution.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the dedicated design team for Woman Footwear; Drive the design culture and consumer facing look of the brand; Steer the Company's advancements towards digital design; Enhance and create strong branding DNA; Guide and monitor the collection cycle guaranteeing the alignment to collection framework; Coordinate and develop the design process within target costs, schedules and deadlines in alignment with the company guidelines; Perform collection presentation (written and verbal) to the main stakeholders; Act as interface for collection definition with all involved functions such as Brand & Merchandising and Product/Technical Development; Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure fruitful collaboration.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of work experience in a similar role; Professional knowledge of all design tools, 3D knowledge is a plus; Leadership style and ability to guide team and exchange with interfaces with appropriate business and development focus; Ability to communicate aligned to target audience and build up a collaborative network; Fluency in English - Italian and/or German would be a plus;
