Your tasks \\n

- \\n
- Development and Management of the team\\n
- Capacity planning and coordination of laboratory tasks\\n
- Lean process Management\\n
- Encourage the team in technical issues\\n
- Ensuring on-time delivery of analytical results\\n
- Handling of critical GMP cases\\n
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements\\n
- Main point of contact for customer audits and inspections by authorities\\n
- Creation of quotes for analysis\\n

- We are looking for team players who want to share their knowledge with the team and improve their personal skills\\n
- Background in GMP chemistry, analytical sciences or a related field\\n
- Must-have: Leadership experience\\n
- Experience in Liquid chromatography and Dissolution\\n
- Experience with Software such as Chromeleon, WinSotax and LIMS\\n
- TLC knowledge is an advantage\\n
- Strong communication and coaching skills\\n
- Fluent in English and German\\n
