Avantor is looking for dedicated and proactive Team Leader for our Lab Services, managing our team working onsite a very important pharmaceutical client in Basel!

What we\\xe2\\x80\\x99re looking for

High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or undergraduate degree in business or science related field is preferred

4-5 years applicable experience in customer services/purchasing/or account management

Knowledge of Information Access and ERP Systems; intermediate Microsoft Office Knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic understanding of Microsoft Access

Excellent customer service skills; display a professional can do attitude

English & German necessary

How you will thrive and create an impact

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of an assigned group of onsite lab services team members.

Monitors key department metrics to deliver high level service to customers.

Handles customer questions and issues, researches and resolves customer problems.

Prepares schedules to cover departmental duties.

Manages performance goals including appraisals, mentoring and coaching. May assist higher level supervisor.
