In this role, you will actively shape our transformation process as Team Leader MM/PP, together with your team.
As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will take responsibility for SAP processes in the areas of Materials Management and Production Planning, act as a central contact for our business departments, and drive strategic projects as well as the further development of our system landscape.
Your tasks: Responsibility for the continuous development and optimization of MM and PP processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment
Hands-on work in the SAP system, including customizing and execution of tests
Steering and implementation of projects in the areas of Materials Management and Production Planning
Close collaboration with business departments to analyze and implement requirements
Ensuring stable operations and providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM/PP processes
Monitoring and managing external service providers within projects and support tasks
Fostering team development and motivation
Required experience and skills: Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the SAP MM/PP environment, ideally with S/4HANA
Deep understanding of end-to-end processes in procurement and production
Practical experience in leading and successfully executing IT/SAP projects
Experience in handling production-specific requirements such as BOMs, routings, MRP, and shop floor processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with hands-on mentality
Initial leadership experience or strong leadership competencies in project contexts
Excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Experience along the entire supply chain
