As Team Leader SAP SD/LE, you will actively shape this transformation journey together with your team.
As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will take responsibility for SAP processes in the areas of Sales, Shipping, and Logistics. You will act as a key contact for our business units, drive strategic projects, and play a major role in evolving our system landscape.
Your tasks: Drive the further development and optimization of sales and logistics processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment
Work hands-on in the SAP system, including customizing and testing activities
Manage and implement projects in the areas of Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Logistics departments to analyze and implement business requirements
Ensure stable operations and support for SAP SD/LE processes
Promote the growth, development, and motivation of your team
Monitor and manage external service providers in the context of projects or support tasks
Required experience and skills: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the SAP SD/LE environment, ideally with S/4HANA
Strong expertise in sales, shipping, and logistics processes
Experience with legacy AFS systems and sales structures - ideally in B2B (wholesale) and B2C (e.g. consignment business) environments
Proven track record in leading and successfully implementing IT/SAP projects
Knowledge of EDI environments
Experience across the entire supply chain
Initial leadership experience or strong leadership skills in project contexts
Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and a team-oriented mindset
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
