Technical Project Manager - Locomotive Maintenance

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT



Lead and coordinate international maintenance projects and service contracts

Ensure smooth mobilization of new maintenance contracts for our locomotive fleet

Continuously promote and enhance process definition, standardization, and operational improvement initiatives

Develop and deliver technical solutions while supporting the Operations team through expertise and guidance

Serve as a key interface between departments, hierarchy levels, and external maintenance partners across Europe

Contribute your know-how to the sales process, helping tailor solutions that precisely meet customer needs in collaboration with our Sales team



HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

A completed technical or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field

Experience in the rail industry is considered an advantage

A track record of successfully leading or supporting complex international projects

A flexible mindset and the willingness to grow your responsibilities alongside the business

Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
