Responsibilities
- Ticketing system management
- First level technical support
- Manage and maintain all office IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with technical service providers
- Manage and run technical service remotely or on-site
- Work with global teams and international clients
- IT Education
- Very good knowledge of English
- German will be an important plus
- Previous experience in IT field and in technical support to users
- Knowledge in telecommunication and IT field
- Knowledge of Windows server, backup system and office network
- Customer oriented
- Strong communication kills
- Open and flexible attitude
- Precise and detail-oriented person
- Problem solving oriented
- Willing to work in a team
- Preferably Swiss resident
