Job Description

Responsabilites :
- Assistance aupres des utilisateurs (support de 1er niveau)
- Deploiement / installation de Skype for business et Teams chez les clients
- Formation / accompagnement des utilisateurs
- Installations et Configuration de serveurs Microsoft et des composants de l'ecosysteme dans l'infrastructure IT de nos clients (POC, production)
- CFC informatique ou equivalent
- 1 a 3 ans d'experiences dans le domaine des systemes Microsoft (AD, Exchange, Windows client et serveur)
- Excellente connaissance reseau (PoE, LLDP, IP, DHCP, QoS,...)
- Excellente connaissance sur Skype for Business / Teams
- Anglais technique et professionnel indispensable
- Permis de conduire obligatoire
