Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls from interested customers and provide detailed product information.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for larger opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales-related roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in [languages required: e.g., German, French, English].
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
