The Trainee Marketing Electrophysiology will closely work with the Marketing and Sales Team to support key marketing activities like congress organization and coordinates key data collection and management on supply and market data as well as internal system set ups.

Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Support new product introductions from the marketing side including working with different teams within the company to open the products in the internal system.
  • Supply management and coordination with Sales Team.
  • Collect market data.
  • Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Commercial Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions.
  • Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations.

Qualifications
  • Preferred educational background: ongoing university students in (bio)technical/(bio)engineer/Engineering subjects.
  • Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment is a plus
  • Service-, support-, solution- and result-orientated.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook for daily business use.
Languages
  • German and English (spoken & written) required
  • French & Italian advantageous
