The Role:
The Operations team is currently looking for ambitious, driven and enthusiastic candidates to join the team from February 16th, 2026 to November 30th, 2026. We are hiring trainees to support two functions within this team: Production and Transportation.
As a Production or a Transportation Trainee, you are supporting the Production or Transportation Specialists with the preparation and execution of tours throughout the season, as well as facilitating the on-tour experience of our travelers. Your main business partners are restaurants, transportation companies, local guides and tourist attractions.
Production and Transportation trainees are responsible for the daily communication with our business partners and with our other internal departments in the United States (Sales, Inventory, Market Development). Your main role is to assist the Operations Team in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers throughout their tour.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Daily support of Production and Transportation Specialists with regards to suppliers' confirmations, updates and special requests
Securing bookings with our business partners
Settling accounts with suppliers and supporting the accounts payable processes
Researching and identifying new business partners
Following up on quality control actions confirmed by Production and Transportation Specialists
On tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners
Collaborating with our Market Development team in the United States to help improve logistics and develop itineraries in our programs
Organizational Behavior
Strives to create a collaborative and dynamic environment on a day-to-day basis
Shares information and identifies best practices openly with colleagues
Puts the customer in the center and is service minded
Looks for ways to improve and inspires colleagues to do the same
Spreads positive energy and makes the workplace a fun environment
Requirements
Fluent in English. Other European languages is a plus
University degree
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-driven and flexible. A quick learner and a proven problem solver
Enjoys working with numbers and Microsoft Excel
Similar work experience is a plus
Able to analyze and question processes and strives to come up with creative ways of improving them. Think outside the box!

This is a paid traineeship with a salary of 40.000 CHF Gross/Year
