Join a dynamic and growing boutique Geneva based licensed trust company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Trust Officer to become part of our close-knit team. This is an opportunity for a professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to take the next step in their career in a stimulating and supportive environment.
Trust Officer
As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of international trust complex structures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirement and drafting/ keeping all required documentation..
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a complex potfoio of trusts and liaising with single family offices of the Principals
  • Oversee day-to-day management of structures, including transactions, distributions, drafting trust documentation and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, as well as Swiss and international regulations (FATCA, CRS, AML, etc.)
  • Liaise with legal, tax, and financial advisors as needed
  • Support the senior management team with ad-hoc projects and client development initiatives
Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust and corporate services, preferably in an international or Swiss trust company
  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of trust and fiduciary structures, including regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong client service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages is a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
