Join our client's dynamic and innovative team as a Process Expert MSAT - Upstream (USP) or Downstream (DSP), where you will be responsible for leading cross-functional technology transfer projects and ensuring the successful scale-up and implementation of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. As a key interface between development and operations, you will oversee process execution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Department: Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT)
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract until the end of the year with possibility of extenssion.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technology transfer projects from process design to full-scale manufacturing.
Serve as the primary liaison between process development teams, customers, and manufacturing operations to ensure process scalability and readiness.
Provide on-the-floor support during production campaigns, including daily updates, batch monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Drive resolution of process deviations, change requests, and material change implementations.
Prepare and review comprehensive campaign documentation and reports.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development (mammalian systems preferred).
In-depth knowledge of GMP and bioprocess technology (USP and/or DSP).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
