Your role and responsibilities



In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of our logistics team and for managing all logistical processes within the UPS organization in Switzerland. You will play a key role in implementing our growth strategy and optimizing the supply chain.


The work model for the role is:

Direct leadership of our logistics team across Switzerland for the planning, control, and monitoring of goods flows along the entire supply chain Supervision of the supply chain from order placement to delivery, including order processing and inventory management Identification and implementation of improvement measures related to suppliers, costs, and logistics processes Preparation and analysis of KPI reports on supply chain performance

Qualifications for the role



Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally with leadership experience Hands-on mentality and the ability to combine operational topics with strategic thinking Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of logistics processes Experience in internal and external communication, including managing international interfaces Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (business fluent) Ability to lead teams across multiple locations Experience with ERP systems and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) A valid forklift license is an advantage
