Compensation & Benefits
- EUR1,200 - EUR1,300 gross/month (depending on project)

What Youll Do
- Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email
- Provide clear, accurate solutions and guidance
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Follow project quality standards and best practices
- Fluent German (C2 level)
- Good English (B2 level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Live and work abroad with full support
