Working Student AI Enablement

Your

new

responsibilities



Support AI adoption

: Assist our teams in identifying and prototyping AI-driven solutions that improve real workflows; co-troubleshoot teams during pilots

Embed AI in daily work

: Help design and implement practical, role-specific enablement activities that make AI a natural part of how teams operate (beyond one-off training)

Document and share learnings

: Capture and organize practical guides, FAQs, and examples from AI projects to support team learning and reuse (e.g., updating internal wikis or Confluence pages); help maintain and enrich the internal technical knowledge base

Champion change and community

: Actively contribute to the AI Champions network and peer learning communities, fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and responsible AI use

Be an AI ambassador

: Inspire others by sharing success stories, demonstrating new tools, and supporting colleagues in their AI journey

Trend scanning

: Stay current with AI industry developments and bring relevant insights back to the team and community

Measure, learn, and iterate

: Help collect adoption metrics, feedback loops, and business impact data to continuously refine technical enablement strategies and maximize value delivered




Your

talents

and

experience



Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, or related field Validated Python, API usage, and basic data handling skills Familiarity with cloud AI services (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI/OpenAI, or similar platforms) Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable designing and leading workshops; adept at gathering and integrating feedback Proactive learner with a genuine interest in AI enablement and change management Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work across IT, data, and business teams English required - German is a plus
Nice to Have

Experience with Git, basic MLOps, or building technical demos Experience working in agile teams or with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
