We, the Data & AI Claims Team of the Competence Center Data & AI, are looking for you as a Working Student in the area of Data Science to strengthen our team. With great passion, we develop and operate data-driven, intelligent applications that deliver measurable business value in claims processing.

You will apply your analytical and methodological skills throughout the entire lifecycle of our applications - from data integration to productive operation in the cloud.

Your contribution

Be part of our Data & AI Claims Team and, together with other data scientists and engineers, further develop existing use cases and support the implementation of new ones. Participate in the development of Machine Learning solutions applied to specific business challenges. Conduct statistical analyses and interpret the results to support decision-making. Share your knowledge with other team members and proactively contribute to the improvement of our applications.

Your capabilities and talents

Hands-on experience in Python and SQL. Enthusiasm for new technical developments and a willingness to continually evolve in a dynamic environment. Good English skills.

What We Value Additionally

Experience with cloud technologies, ideally GCP. Experience in conducting statistical analyses and modelling. Familiarity with MLOps and Git. Good German skills are a strong plus during candidate selection.

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow's technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks. Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z. Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.
