Your responsibilities

• Coordination and support of inquiries from internal departments on innovation management topics\\n
• Strategy Support: Assistance in the development of R&A Strategy and Business Models, contributing to the success of innovation projects\\n
• Content Creation: Create and maintain internal Wiki content for innovation-related topics, promoting accessibility and knowledge\\n
• Board Meetings and Reviews: Coordinate and organize quarterly R&A Board meetings, facilitate effective communication and decision-making processes\\n
• Project Portfolio Support: Provide administrative support in tracking KPIs for the R&A project portfolio, contributing to data-driven decision-making\\n
• Support the Innovation fair event\\n

Your profile

• \\n
• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business/Communication studies with a strong interest in innovation (a valid university enrolment is required)\\n
• Demonstrated interest in project management, or currently pursuing studies in project management\\n
• High ability to work under pressure and independently, showcasing adaptability in a dynamic environment\\n
• Open-minded approach to change, demonstrating flexibility in embracing new challenges and opportunities\\n
• You have an affinity for Excel and Power Point\\n
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German\\n
