Your new responsibilities

Assist in the development and analysis of business cases for strategic initiatives Create and maintain templates and tools to standardize internal processes and workflows Support the team in project coordination, documentation, and reporting Conduct market and internal research to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

talents

experience

You are currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus Self-driven, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
