Accounting And Controlling Service For Nv Sandoz Separation Project

Job Description
Work type: Remote ( preffered location is CZ, Prague ) no travel required.
Location: EU Client will continue IT systems separation for Sandoz until Q1 2027. The main focus of this service is support of * IT separation activities and Client/* transition service agreement.
Service scope:
- Accounting and controlling activities related to separation projects
o Execute standard Client project controlling process
- Accounting and controlling responsibilities related to Sandoz transition service agreement:
o Invoice processing
o Records (Client books, issued invoices, cash) reconciliation
o Processing changes related to the contract in line with contract terms (amend invoicing values as per process)
o Recharging non-IT business units when required
o Preparing forecasts of future payments considering all on-going changes in the contract
- Preparation of journal entries related to execution of contract with Sandoz (monthly period close process)
- Monthly reconciliations in between service fees booked and service fees that had to be booked in line with contract terms
Requirements:
- High work ethics
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills (writing memos, preparing conclusions, slides)
- Good accounting knowledge and experience with execution of financial controls
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience of working in corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
- SAP knowledge is plus
- Prior experience of working for client is plus
