Position

The Account Payable Specialist works on the European retail network. He/She ensures and prepare the reconciliation and analysis, ensuring that all the accounting standards and procedures are consistent with the company policies.

Job responsibilities

Process checks requests and expense reports on a regular basis Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices Perform monthly reconciliations. Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

3 years of working experience with accounts payable or general accounting Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills Strong time management and organizational skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles High degree of attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong analytic abilities Knowledge of SAP and Stealth system Fluent in english and italian

Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
