Job Description
Holistiq Health Group AG is an innovative health-tech startup reimagining medicine through personalized, integrated, and natural approaches. Tasks
Your Role
Starting as soon as possible for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards, you'll support our medical team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners
- Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results
- Handle no-shows and appointment planning
- Organising medical files (HIN)
- Support billing and general admin
What You Bring
Experience in (medical) administration or similar experience (in progress or completed)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (ENutri, HIN, online scheduling, etc.)
- Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data
- Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
- Real-world healthcare experience in a fast-growing startup
