\\nTHE ROLE\\n

Please note this is a \\n temporary role, until 31st December 2025.\\n

Reporting to the Head, HR Operations & Strategic Projects, this role will play a key part in the further development of Gavi systems, processes, and tools in the rewards area, including compensation & benefits management, salary management, job levelling and job architecture. A number of new and exciting projects are happening in the rewards space at Gavi, including the implementation of the findings of a compensation and benefits survey currently underway and the review of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s rewards framework, and impact on an Employee Value Proposition, EVP. The role will also support Total Rewards Statements and work on benefits management, including vendor management, as well as further developing the benefits offering for Gavi colleagues. Finally, data analytics and reporting will be a key deliverable for this role to support decision-making and forward planning.\\n

Main Duties/Responsibilities\\n

\\n Compensation Analysis\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Support periodic updates of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s pay structure through market surveys to ensure competitiveness of Gavi compensation & benefits offering;\\n
  • Contribute to the development of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Employee Value Proposition;\\n
  • Finalise and implement the job evaluation framework and job architecture.\\n

\\n Benefits Management\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Support continued development of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s benefits offering, including monitoring of vendors\\xe2\\x80\\x99 performance, going out to market when needed to ensure continued competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s benefits spend.\\n

\\n Policy Development\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Support the finalisation and update of Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s rewards philosophy for internal HR review and review and endorsement by Gavi\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Senior Leadership Team.\\n
\\n
\\n Data analysis and reporting\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Generate reports and analyse data on all aspects of compensation & benefits management and organisation structure to inform decision making;\\n
  • Identify trends and recommend adjustments to the organisation\\\'s compensation and benefits strategies.\\n
\\n
\\n Salary Reviews and Payroll Support\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Support the planning and implementation of the annual performance management cycle, including budget planning with Finance and implementation through the HR Team;\\n
  • Be the back-up for the Payroll Administrator in the HR Operations Team.\\n
\\n

  • A minimum of 5 years prior experience in compensation and benefits;\\n
  • Prior exposure to a project management focused role, a distinct advantage.\\n

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel or HRIS Software;\\n

  • Global Rewards Professional certification or similar will be advantageous.\\n
