Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic
bartender
with abasic understanding of coffee preparation
to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether it's shaking cocktails or pulling espresso shots, you take pride in your craft and elevate every guest's experience.Key Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to Fusio's recipes and presentation standards Prepare basic espresso-based drinks (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Check identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed Collaborate with the team to create seasonal drinks and specialty offerings
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience (1+ year preferred) Basic barista knowledge or willingness to learn (training can be provided) Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English is required; Spanish, Italian, and German are strong pluses
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency TIPS or responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer:
