Job Description

We are looking for an experienced business analyst (Ref. 924430DO) for a long-term assignment. The position involves managing and coordinating requirements management in complex projects and ensuring high-quality specifications and documentation.

Tasks:

Carrying out and coordinating business analysis in demanding IT projects Moderating workshops with specialist departments and stakeholders Collecting, specifying and documenting requirements (functional & technical), including acceptance criteria Modelling processes and systems (UML, BPMN) and creating sustainable product documentation Cross-programme requirements gathering and harmonisation across multiple projects Technical coordination and leadership of several business analysts Active participation in agile projects (Scrum ceremonies, backlog maintenance, coordination with development & testing)
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in agile projects Practical experience in modelling with UML and BPMN In-depth knowledge of UML tools (Innovator, Sparx Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw or similar) Experience with UX modelling tools (Figma, Balsamiq or similar) Proven practical experience with Jira and Confluence Experience in cross-programme requirements gathering and coordination Leadership experience in business analysis (coordination of several BAs in larger projects)
Education:

Completed training in IT IREB certification or equivalent qualification in business analysis (CAS or diploma)
Languages:

Native German speaker/business fluent
