Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Ref. 924426DO) to join our team on a long-term contract. You will have in-depth knowledge of business process analysis and will support our clients in the implementation of complex IT projects.

Tasks:

Analysis and documentation of business requirements Modelling and interpretation of business processes (BPMN) Support in the introduction of new systems and processes Close cooperation with developers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Use of UML tools for the specification and visualisation of requirements
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst In-depth experience with UML tools (Innovator, Sparx Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, etc.) Experience in BPMN modelling Practical experience with agile working methods Experience in the federal environment, preferably in the police or justice sector Experience in interdisciplinary requirements gathering Knowledge and experience in the use of UX modelling tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq) Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
Education:

Completed training in IT IREB certification or equivalent qualification in business analysis (CAS or diploma)
Languages:

German native speaker/business fluent French B2 or higher
