Deliver exceptional, personalised service within private chalets, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
Provide full food & beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-chalet dining, private events)
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to specific and bespoke requests throughout their stay
Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Coordinate closely with the Concierge team and the Guest Relations Manager for special arrangements and tailor-made experiences
Execute operational duties under the supervision of the Head Butler and the General Manager of Ultima Gstaad
Maintain service standards aligned with the Ultima Group's luxury standards and signature services
Communicate all relevant guest-related information to management to ensure seamless service continuity
Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth daily operations
Promote other destinations and properties within the Ultima Collection when appropriate
Carry out occasional assignments within other private properties of the Collection, if required
Proven experience in a similar position within Luxury Hospitality, Private Chalets/Villas, or Ultra-Luxury Hotels
Previous experience in Yachting is considered a strong asset
Excellent command of French and English (additional languages are a plus)
Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong sense of service, discretion, and attention to detail
Highly organised, proactive, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
Flexible and available regarding shifts and operational needs
Strong understanding of UHNWI clientele expectations is a significant advantage
