• Handle all types of investigations and inquiries regarding payments
• Ensure reconciliations of accounts
• Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow (automation/robotics)

Department/Job Overview:

You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll be working in the Payments Investigations team in Z\\xc3\\xbcrich. We deliver outstanding service to the multiple entities of Credit Suisse and ensure that client satisfaction is on the highest level. We also drive improvements to the overall client experience by working with other areas of the bank to ensure seamless service.

• Handle all types of payments and investigations inquiries

Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Fluency in German and English, like to work with numbers, interested in technical payments systems to understand the context

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in payments, investigation or accounting; working with SWIFT
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Experience in process improvement, robotics or automations will be an asset
