At our Group Headquarters in Grono, GR, we are looking for a

CEO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

In this role you will provide high-level strategic and administrative support, ensuring that the CEO can focus on priorities and operate effectively in a complex international environment. The tasks require a combination of strategic insight, organizational excellence, and proactive problem-solving, with a strong ability to manage complex and confidential information, engage with stakeholders at all levels and anticipate the CEO's needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Executive Support

Prepare and structure briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights supporting decision-making. Draft, edit, and coordinate executive communications, speeches, and strategic updates. Support preparation and follow-up for Board and Executive meetings, leadership reviews, and client engagements. Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-up and alignment across functions. Build effective relationships across the organization and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders.

Administrative & Organizational Support

Manage and prioritize the CEO's agenda, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Screen and handle calls, emails, and meeting requests with professionalism and discretion. Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and action items are clear and delivered. Ensure efficient flow of information between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve operational issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You are either a trained and experienced Senior Executive Assistant, preferably at C-level in an international environment or you hold a university degree in engineering, business, or a related field - and bring an exceptional eagerness to learn and grow, sharp thinking, and the humility to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution. You bring strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You have excellent communication skills in English, Italian and German both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset. You demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Overall IT savviness and experience with Abacus and/or Power BI are an asset. You have strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information. You show a high level of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality. You bring assertiveness, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate intercultural and intergenerational awareness as well as confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders globally.
